Russia working on giving e-visas for Indian tourists

RUSSIA ATTRACTS AS MANY AS 30,000 INDIAN TOURISTS ANNUALLY

Every year 18 million Indian tourists go for outbound tour. Russia attracts as many as 30,000 Indian tourists annually.Russia offer all that can make a traveller happy. Right from the Red Square of Moscow to exploring the idyllic charm around Lake Baikal to exploring the Black Sea. Russia Is famous for famous for its rich cultural heritage, ornate cathedrals and subtropical beaches.

E-VISAS FOR INDIAN TOURISTS

Russia is now considering the launch of e-visas for Indian tourists. May be some direct flights between Mumbai and Moscow/St Petersburg will be operated soon. Russia is going to opt some aggressive marketin measures to woo Indian travellers to their country.
Russia is planning to start offering Indian tourists e-visas to easing travel norms. They are pursuing the e-visa issue with their foreign ministry expecting a positive development on this important matter in the next few months. These measure definately help them to increase the visibility of Russia in Indian Outbound Tourism market.

2018 FIFA WORLD CUP

In future Russia may go for offering some fam trips to Indian tour operators who can be specialised in Russian tours.
Remember Russia is hosting the 2018 FIFA world cup and can be a big draw for Indian tourists. During this period, Indian tour operators can plan FIFA special packages.
